Returns & Refunds Policy
We create each order especially for you, which means all custom and printed items are one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders, prints, or digital downloads — unless your item arrives visibly damaged or defective.
To start a return for a damaged or defective item, you can contact us at iconicposterclub@gmail.com. Please include:

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Refunds will only be given if a replacement cannot be issued.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This excludes digital downloads and custom/printed products, which are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
